To All Members, Prospective Members & Guests,

The monthly Blue Knights TX XX meeting for January 2010, will be held on Friday,1-15-2010, 1800 hrs at the WFPOA Building 3229 Industrial Dr. Wichita Falls Texas.

The meeting is open to all members, prospective members who wish to join or renew their membership in the Chapter and any wives, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends and significant others of members. If you have a guest that rides with us on our Chapter rides, then you may invite them.

To All Members:

The Blue Knights TX XX monthly chapter meeting for December 2009, will be held at The Pioneer of Texas Diner (formerly the Pump Jack Diner) at 902 Broad Wichita Falls Texas. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, 12-15-09 at 1800 hrs. I placed the reservation today. (11-16-09)

The Blue Knights TX XX November Chapter Meeting will be held on Saturday 11-14-09 at 1100 hrs, at El Mejicano's Restaurant & Cantina, 5401 Central Freeway Wichita Falls Tx. (SouthEast Corner of Missile RD/I-44)

Meeting is open to all Chapter members and their wives/husbands/significant others. We will order lunch first and will have the meeting while the meal is being prepared.

We have accepted the invitation by the North Texas Veterans Council to participate in the 2009 Veterans Day Parade. The parade will be Saturday Nov 7, 2009. The assembly & line up time will be from 0900 hrs-1030 hrs. We are to report to the Marshalling Team at 5th & Indiana for our line up location. The parade will begin at 1100 hrs and will be in the downtown area of Wichita Falls Texas

The Blue Knights TX XX Monthly Weekend Ride for October will be Sunday Oct 11, 2009. The ride will be to the Hard Eight BBQ Pit in Stephenville Texas. The ride will be via the scenic route HWY 4, with stops at the coffee shop & Cody's Trading Post (motorcycle accessory/apparel shop) in Hico Texas.

We will meet at the Wal-Mart on Southwest Parkway (by the gas pumps) Sunday 4 Oct 09 between 0930/0945 hrs and then go KSU at 1000 hrs. The Ride Captain will give a safety/route briefing prior to departure.

The October Chapter Meeting of the Blue Knights TX XX, will be held on Thursday Oct 15, 2009 1800 hrs, at Johnny Carino's 4330 Kell Blvd Wichita Falls Tx. Johnny Carino's is located next to Cheddar's (West side). I have talked to the manager and they have reserved the "90's Room" for us. As usual, I will send out reminders as the time nears.

Meeting is open to members and their wife/husband or significant other. After dinner, we will have our meeting.

The Blue Knights TX XX September Chapter meeting will be Tuesday, 9-15-09 at 1800 hrs at the Oyster Bar & Grill, 4214 Kell Blvd, next to Cheddar's.

Due to the limited space there, the meeting will be limited to members & their wife's or husband's or significant others..

Following the meal we will have a brief Chapter meeting and discuss the upcoming Miracle League Fun Run. Complaints, praises & questions will also be addressed.

As usual, I will send out reminders as the time draws near.

To All Members:

The Blue Knights TX XX August Chapter meeting will be Saturday, 8-15-09 at NOON at Bill's Catfish in Waurika Oklahoma.

For those wishing to ride together, we will meet at the Shell Station at US287/Windthorst at 10:40 a.m. KSU will be at 11:00 a.m.
Since Bill's is a very popular eatery, I figure we have to be there when it opens for us to be able to sit together. Again, due to the limited space there, the ride will be limited to members & their wife's or husband's or significant others..
