RENDEZVOUS RIDE to ROUND TOP, TEXAS

That’s right, last years Rendezvous Ride to Round Top, Texas was another great success, thanks to all chapters and members that showed up for this gathering of the brotherhood! This year's ride is Saturday, March 13th, 2010.

But unlike 2009 we’re extending this year’s event a little longer. How because we’re making the 2010 Rendezvous a weekend “overnighter”! Those that can will be staying at the Best Western Motel in La Grange for an evening of camaraderie.

TX XXXIX from Plano, has invited us to join them at Deiters Bar B Q in Lindsey on Saturday, Feb 27th at 1:00pm for lunch. TX XVIII from Sherman will also be in attendance.

This will be a Open Club Ride.

An Open Club Ride will be limited to TX XX Members and their individual invited guests. You will be responsible for any invited guests and this will not be put out for any and all riders. Guests will be required to ride to Blue Knight standards and group ride rules and formation.

The Blue Knights TXXX Monthly Chapter meeting will be held on Monday, 2-15-10 in The Jalapeno Tree Restaurant 2927 Southwest Parkway Wichita Falls Texas at 1800 hrs.

The meeting is open to all members, their wives, husbands or significant others. Kyle Collier, Blue Knights TX XX Vice President, will preside over the meeting.

The monthly Blue Knights TX XX meeting for January 2010, will be held on Friday,1-15-2010, 1800 hrs at the WFPOA Building 3229 Industrial Dr. Wichita Falls Texas.

The meeting is open to all members, prospective members who wish to join or renew their membership in the Chapter and any wives, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends and significant others of members. If you have a guest that rides with us on our Chapter rides, then you may invite them.

The Blue Knights TX XX monthly chapter meeting for December 2009, will be held at The Pioneer of Texas Diner (formerly the Pump Jack Diner) at 902 Broad Wichita Falls Texas. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, 12-15-09 at 1800 hrs. I placed the reservation today. (11-16-09)

The Blue Knights TX XX November Chapter Meeting will be held on Saturday 11-14-09 at 1100 hrs, at El Mejicano's Restaurant & Cantina, 5401 Central Freeway Wichita Falls Tx. (SouthEast Corner of Missile RD/I-44)

Meeting is open to all Chapter members and their wives/husbands/significant others. We will order lunch first and will have the meeting while the meal is being prepared.

We have accepted the invitation by the North Texas Veterans Council to participate in the 2009 Veterans Day Parade. The parade will be Saturday Nov 7, 2009. The assembly & line up time will be from 0900 hrs-1030 hrs. We are to report to the Marshalling Team at 5th & Indiana for our line up location. The parade will begin at 1100 hrs and will be in the downtown area of Wichita Falls Texas
